Kadai Gravy

Recipe of Kadai Gravy

Ingredients:

  • Ghee 75 gm
  • Whole red chilli 10 gm
  • Coriander seeds 10 gm
  • Black pepper corns 5 gm
  • Cumin seeds 5 gm
  • Green chillies 4 pc
  • Tomatoes chopped 650 gm
  • Ginger Garlic paste 60 gm
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala 5 gm

Method:
1. Pound the coriander seeds, black pepper corns, cumin seeds, and whole red chillies.
2. Heat ghee in a kadai add ginger garlic paste and sauté over medium heat until
golden brown.
3. Add the pounded spices sauté for 30 seconds.
4. Add green chillies sauté for 30 seconds.
5. Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates .add fenugreek and salt.
6. Sprinkle garam masala and stir.
