Kadai Chicken

Recipe of Kadai Chicken

Chicken 300 gm
Kadai gravy 300 gm
Oil 50 ml
Onion sliced 50 gm
Capsicum julienne cut 50 gm
Fennel 1 tsp
Caraway 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Green coriander for garnish

1. Heat oil in kadai add fennel seeds, caraway, cumin and onion cook till transparent.
2. Then add chicken and kadai gravy adding 100 ml water cover and cook chicken 25 min
on medium heat.

3. Add capsicum cook for 2 min then sprinkle garam masala.
4. Garnish with green coriander and julienne cut ginger.
Note – you can add some dry fruit paste and cream.
