Kadai paneer is simple yet flavourful paneer dish made by cooking using paneer and gravy. It is called as kadai paneer due to it was made and cooked in kadai which is a indian kitchen utensil.

This uniquely flavoured and spiced kadai paneer is so much different in taste from other popular paneer gravy dishes like paneer butter masala and shahi paneer. So let’s start making it in home.

Ingredients:

1. Paneer 200 gm
2. Kadai gravy 300 gm
3. Oil 50 ml
4. Onion sliced 50 gm
5. Capsicum julienne cut 50 gm
6. Fennel 1 tsp
7. Caraway 1 tsp
8. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
9. Garam masala 1 tsp
10. Green coriander for garnish

Method:

kadai paneer
1. Heat oil in kadai add fennel seeds, caraway, cumin and onion cook till transparent.
2. Then add paneer and kadai gravy cook for 2 min on medium heat.

3. Add capsicum cook for 2 min then sprinkle garam masala.
4. Garnish with green coriander and julienne cut ginger.
Note – you can add some dry fruit paste and cream.
