veg Kofta

Recipe of Veg Kofta

Ingredients:

Cauliflower 100 GM
Carrot 50 gm
Potatoes 100 gm
Beans 50 gm
Green chillies fine chop 1 TSP
Salt to taste
Baking powder ½ tsp
Refined flour 2 tbsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Oil  for deep frying
Yellow gravy 300 ml
Cream for garnish

Method:

  1. Boil All the Vegetables Cool and Mash Till Smooth.
  2. Add green chillies, salt, refined flour, garam masala, and green coriander.
  3. Form balls and deep fry till golden brown.
  4. Heat the gravy put the Kofta in it.
  5. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve with Indian bread.
