Recipe of Shahi Paneer

Shahi paneer is a preparation of paneer, indigenous to the Indian subcontinent, consisting of a thick gravy of cream.


Paneer 200 gm
Desi ghee 2 tbsp
Ginger fine chop 1 tsp
Green chilli fine chop ½ tsp
Mughlai gravy 200 gm
Garam masala ½ tsp
Green coriander for garnish


  • Cut paneer dice cut.
  • Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and green chilli sauté for few seconds.
  • Then add Mughlai gravy and paneer cook for 2-3 min.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
