| Whole garam masala | |
| Clove | 5 pc |
| Bay leaf | 1 pc |
| Black cardamom | 1 pc |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 pc |
| Mace | 1 pc |
| Green cardamom | 5 pc |
| Palak | 1 kg |
| Ginger garlic paste | 10 gm |
| Green chilli paste | 2 tsp |
| Salt | to taste |
Method to make palak gravy:
- Chop Palak boil it in one cup of water for 5-6 min.
- Strain and grind it in a grinder.
- Heat oil adds whole garam masala and cook till crackling.
- Add ginger-garlic paste sauté it for one min.
- Add palak paste and green chillies salt cook till oil separates.
