Whole garam masala 
Clove5 pc
Bay leaf1 pc
Black cardamom1 pc
Cinnamon stick1 pc
Mace1 pc
Green cardamom5 pc
Palak1 kg
Ginger garlic paste10 gm
Green chilli paste2 tsp
 Saltto taste


  1. Chop Palak boil it in one cup of water for 5-6 min.
  2. Strain and grind it in a grinder.
  3. Heat oil adds whole garam masala and cook till crackling.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste sauté it for one min.
  5. Add palak paste and green chillies salt cook till oil separates
