Ingredients to make palak gravy:

Oil 100 gm
Whole garam masala 
Clove 5 pc
Bay leaf 1 pc
Black cardamom 1 pc
Cinnamon stick 1 pc
Mace 1 pc
Green cardamom 5 pc
Palak 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 10 gm
Green chilli paste 2 tsp
 Salt to taste

Method to make palak gravy:

  1. Chop Palak boil it in one cup of water for 5-6 min.
  2. Strain and grind it in a grinder.
  3. Heat oil adds whole garam masala and cook till crackling.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste sauté it for one min.
  5. Add palak paste and green chillies salt cook till oil separates.
