Ingredients For Making Chop Masala:
Oil | 100 gm |
Cumin seeds | 1 tsp |
Onion chopped | 250 gm |
Ginger garlic paste | 10 gm |
Coriander powder | 5 gm |
Red chilli powder | 5 gm |
Turmeric | 5 gm |
Deghi mirch | 1 tsp |
Salt | to taste |
Green chillies fine chopped | 1 tsp |
Tomatoes chopped | 250 gm |
Garam masala | 5 gm |

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and onion sauté till golden brown.
- Then add ginger garlic paste sauté for 1 min.
- Add red chilli, turmeric, salt and coriander powder and add some water cook for 1 min.
- Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil separates add garam masala.
