Recipe of Shahi Paneer
Shahi paneer is a preparation of paneer, indigenous to the Indian subcontinent, consisting of a thick gravy of cream.
Ingredients:
Paneer | 200 gm |
Desi ghee | 2 tbsp |
Ginger fine chop | 1 tsp |
Green chilli fine chop | ½ tsp |
Mughlai gravy | 200 gm |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Green coriander | for garnish |
Method:
- Cut paneer dice cut.
- Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and green chilli sauté for few seconds.
- Then add Mughlai gravy and paneer cook for 2-3 min.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
