Recipe of Veg Korma
Ingredients:
Vegetables (carrot, cauliflower, potato, beans, mushroom, peas) | 300 gm |
Oil for | deep fry |
Brown gravy | 200 gm |
Garam masala | 1 tsp |
Green coriander | for garnish |
Cream | 1 tbsp. |
Method:
- Cut vegetables into finger cuts and deep fry.
- Heat gravy in a pan, add fried veg cook for 2-3 min.
- Sprinkle garam masala.
- Garnish with green coriander and cream.
