
Recipe of Veg Kofta
Ingredients:
| Cauliflower | 100 GM |
| Carrot | 50 gm |
| Potatoes | 100 gm |
| Beans | 50 gm |
| Green chillies fine chop | 1 TSP |
| Salt | to taste |
| Baking powder | ½ tsp |
| Refined flour | 2 tbsp |
| Green coriander | 2 tbsp |
| Garam masala | ½ tsp |
| Oil | for deep frying |
| Yellow gravy | 300 ml |
| Cream | for garnish |
Method:
- Boil All the Vegetables Cool and Mash Till Smooth.
- Add green chillies, salt, refined flour, garam masala, and green coriander.
- Form balls and deep fry till golden brown.
- Heat the gravy put the Kofta in it.
- Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
- Serve with Indian bread.
