Recipe of Mughlai Veg
Ingredients: | |
Vegetables (Carrot, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green peas, Mushroom, Beans) | 300 gm |
Desi ghee | 2 tbsp |
Ginger fine chop | 1 tsp |
Green chilli fine chop | ½ tsp |
Mughlai gravy | 200 gm |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Green coriander | for garnish |
Method:
- Cut veg finger shape or dice cut.
- Deep fry all veg except green peas.
- Heat ghee in a pan add ginger and green chilli sauté for few seconds.
- Then add Mughlai veg and deep fry veg cook for 3 -4 min.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with green coriander.
