
Recipe of Makhani Gravy
Basic makhani gravy is a silky, buttery, creamy tomato-based gravy and is commonly used in many Veg and Non-Veg recipes such as Paneer Makhani, Butter Chicken.
Ingredients:

| Bay leaf | 1 pc |
| Black cardamom | 1 pc |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 pc |
| Mace | 1 pc |
| Green cardamom | 5 pc |
| Tomatoes chopped | 1 kg |
| Ginger garlic paste | 10 gm |
| Red chilli powder | 5 gm |
| Green chillies chopped | 2 |
| Deghi mirch | 1 tsp |
| Cashewnuts paste | 50 gm |
| Butter | 150 gm |
| Cream | 150 ml |
| Salt | to taste |
| Honey | 1 tbsp. |
| Kasoori methi dried | 1 tsp |
Method:
- Take a handi to add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, whole garam masala, and 1-liter water.
- Cook till 30 min on low heat or becomes thick.
- Strain the gravy.
- Add honey butter and cream cook for 4-5 min.
- Sprinkle dried methi.
- Serve with Indian bread.
