Bean Sprout Salad with Lemon Honey Dressing


Beans sprout 1 cup

Chopped capsicum 20 gms

Chopped tomatoes deseeded 20 gms

Chopped tomatoes deseeded 20 gms

Broccoli florets 20 gms

Cucumber chopped deseeded 20 gms

Iceberg lettuce 20 gms

Honey 20 ml

Lemon juice 10 ml

Extra virgin olive oil 10 ml

Seasoning (salt & pepper )


Method of Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients of dressing in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Blanch beans sprout, broccoli separately & keep it aside.
  3. Take a mixing bowl put blanched bean sprout and broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, and iceberg lettuce.
  4. Mix all ingredients with dressing by the help of mixing spoon and toss.
  5. Place the salad in a refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.
  6. Serve the salad in a chilled bowl or salad plate.
