Recipe of Tofu Mint and Coriander Sandwich

Ingredients Quantity
Sandwich Bread Slices 4 no.
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Green chillies 3 to 4 no.
Onion 1 small
Garlic 6 pearls
Ginger 1 slice
Cumin 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbps
Lime juice to taste
Tofu 50 gm
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients together.
  2. You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.
  3. Spread the bread slices with Chutney and sandwich two slices together with tofu.
  4. Make four sandwich
