This year in 2025, the full moon of  Phalgun begins on 13th March at 10:35 am and ends on 14th March at 12:24 pm. But, the most important thing to be noted is that the Bhadrakal will last throughout the day on 13th  March, therefore Holika Dahan must be performed after 11:26 pm, once the bhadrakal ends.
