There are a number of preparations for sweet corn, and boiling is perhaps the simplest and easiest. This is how the recipe goes.

Quantity:

Fresh sweet corn kernels, 2 cups or 2-3 corn cobs

Butter: 1-2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Pepper for seasoning

Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice

Fresh parsley or coriander (garnish, optional)

Directions

 Boiling the Sweet Corn:

Boil a lot of water, and add a small pinch of salt to taste.

If using corn cobs, husk them and throw them whole into the boiling water. Let simmer for about 10–15 minutes. If you are using kernels, let simmer for about 5-7 minutes.

 Drain the water.

And so after the heating of corn, the water is drained and the corn is put in a bowl.
