  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Chaat masala (optional)

Instructions: Take cucumber and grate it in a bowl. Take yoghurt and add it in the same bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, salt, and chat masala to it. However, you can skip chaat masala if you do not like it. Give it a good mix. Serve it in a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve chilled.

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • 1/4 cup tutti frutti (candied fruits)

Instructions: Soak basil seeds for about 30 minutes. When they swell up, drain them and set them aside. Next up, cook the falooda sev. Drain and rinse under cold water. Now take a large glass and add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup. Add 1-2 tablespoons of cooked falooda sev and soaked basil seeds. Pour ¾ chilled milk along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish it with chopped nuts and tutti frutti as per your liking.

    • 1 tsp black salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
    • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
    • Salt to taste
    • 4 cups cold water
    • Ice cubes
    • Boondi (fried chickpea flour puffs) for garnish (optional)

Instructions: In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, tamarind pulp, and lemon juice. Blend it a few times. Now, strain the mixture into a bowl. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, sugar (if desired), and regular salt to the strained mixture. Pour cold water and give it a good mix. Taste the mixture and make adjustments according to your taste. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Garnish with boondi for extra crispiness.
