2 cups Besan Gram Flour
1 cup Ghee
1 cup Sugar powdered
½ tsp Cardamom powder
½ cup Chopped nuts cashews, almonds 

Directions: 

Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat.
Add besan and sauté on low heat till golden brown and nutty fragrant. Let it roast, then remove from heat and let it cool down a bit.
Fold in powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add chopped nuts and mix well.
Make small portions in your hands and roll them into a round form, which are called ladoos, while warm in temperature.
Let them cool down completely and then serve as Ganesh Chaturthi prasad.

1 cup Rice flour
1 cup Water
1 cup of fresh coconut gratings.
½ cup Jaggery, grated
A Dash of Salt 

Instructions: 

Water is taken in a pan, salt added to taste, and then brought to a boil. Rice flour is added and mixed into soft dough. Take another pan, mix grated coconut and jaggery together, and sauté till the jaggery melts.
Chill the dough, grab small bits, and mold ’em into cups.
Fill the same with coconut mixture and seal it and steam for around 10 minutes.
