A grand Cooking Competition, ‘Mango-Fiesta’, was organized by NFCI Group of Education, a well-known cooking institute in India. It was the 32nd Mango-Fiesta Festival of NFCI, which was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the Grand Finale Round at Pushpa Gujral Science City, Kapurthala. More than 600 students participated enthusiastically in this cooking competition, out of which 45 students made their place in the grand finale. Our Top 3 winners got prize money of 51000, 31000,and 21000.
Chef Neelu Kaura, Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Chef Vinod Saini, Chef Rajesh Katoch, Chef Vishwadeep Bali, Chef Sanjay Sharma, S. Manmohan Singh Walia, Deepak Bali, and Rajeev Wadhawan were the chief judges of this grand competition, who judged the cooking skills of the students as well as appreciated their efforts. Also, Padmashri Sh. Vijay Kumar Chopra, chief executive officer and editor-in-chief of Punjab Kesari, graced the competition as the Chief Guest and extended his best wishes to all the students.
In the end, NFCI Director Mrs. Anjana Joshi and Mr. Sanjeev Kashyap thanked all the students, judges, sponsors, and NFCI group team members for their cooperation and efforts to make the event successful.
