Celebration of International Yoga Day 2025 in NFCI
On the occasion of International Day of Yoga, a wellness session was organized at NFCI to emphasize the importance of health and mindfulness in professional life. Students, faculty, and staff participated in guided yoga practices, including stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, encouraging them to take a mindful pause from their daily academic routines and focus on physical and mental well-being.
