The fair was a vibrant marketplace featuring chafing dishes, banquet tableware, copper and brass chafing, and an array of cutlery and crockery.

The fair was graced by international participation from a variety of countries, from 1,500 to 1,600, participation, adding a global flair to the event. 12 countries showcased their products and services, including Austria, Canada, France, Italy, Peru, UAE, UK, USA, South Africa, Turkey, Nepal and Taiwan. This diverse international presence contributed to the rich global experience of the event, offering attendees a taste of the world’s best in food and hospitality.

Business and Networking:-

The event also celebrated the achievements of NFCI students who have made significant contributions to the food and hospitality industry. Among the notable accolades, participants from various institutes received recognition for their excellence:

  • NFCI Kangra: Reema were awarded silver and harsh received bronze medals for their outstanding performance.
  • NFCI Ludhiana: Maanvi Vijan & Rishita won silver medal and Japjot Singh secured a bronze medal, marking a proud moment for the institute.
  • NFCI Amritsar: Sakshat bhati received bronze medal.
  • NFCI Barsar: Govrav sharma was being honored with bronze medal
  • NFCI Chamba: Aman Singh was being honored with medals and Anoop also won bronze medal, highlighting the talent and dedication prevalent in the industry.
