
Recipe of Tofu Mint and Coriander Sandwich
| Ingredients | Quantity |
| Sandwich Bread Slices | 4 no. |
| Mint leaves | 1/2 cup |
| Coriander leaves | 1 cup |
| Green chillies | 3 to 4 no. |
| Onion | 1 small |
| Garlic | 6 pearls |
| Ginger | 1 slice |
| Cumin | 1 tsp |
| Sugar | 1 tbps |
| LimeĀ juice | to taste |
| Tofu | 50 gm |
| Salt | to taste |
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together.
- You will not need any water as the onion and the green leaves will give out enough moisture to grind the ingredients to a paste.
- Spread the bread slices with Chutney and sandwich two slices together with tofu.
- Make four sandwich
