Recipe to make Paneer Fruit Lassi
Lassi is basically Punjabi drink and mainly a blend of yoghurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit. Lassi which is made with the fruits called Fruit flavoured lassi. This lassi is made of sugar and fruits instead of spices.

You can try a different kind of fruits Lassi like Mango Lassi, Banana Lassi, Strawberry lassi, Grapes, Papaya, etc. You can drink this specially in hot summer days that helps you to cool down your inner body and reduces heat effects on your body.
This recipe is made from basically milk so you can start making it home you don’t need to buy yogurt from market many times, just little hot milk 1 kg and little spoon of yogurt that’s it to make 1 kg of yogurt in home.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup paneer
- 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
- 10 green grapes
- 5 pieces pineapple
- 1/2 apple
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup papaya
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 banana
Method:
- In a large bowl combine the pomegranate, pineapple, papaya, grapes, banana and apple.
- Add curd, sugar and mix well until sugar has fully dissolved.
- Add the fried paneer pieces and serve at once.
