A Celebration of Unity, Culture, and Culinary Excellence
November is always a special time at the National Food & Culinary Institute (NFCI), but this year was truly exceptional as we celebrated the “NFCI Diwali Fiesta 2022”. With a fervor of festivity in the air, all 15 NFCI campuses across India illuminated with the spirit of Diwali.
In a unique twist, our talented students dived deep into the culinary heritages of their respective states, crafting delicious Diwali desserts that were both a treat to the eyes and the palate. From Bengali roshogollas to Punjabi pinni, and Goan bebinca to Tamilian adhirasam, our campuses turned into melting pots of India’s rich dessert traditions.
But what’s a festival without some fun and frolic? Beyond the gastronomic delights, the atmosphere at every campus buzzed with the sounds of melodies, rhythmic dance beats, and the infectious laughter of friends coming together. The NFCI team joined in the celebrations, making it a memorable experience for all.
The “NFCI Diwali Fiesta 2022” was not just an event; it was a testament to the unity, diversity, and culinary passion that runs deep within the NFCI family. As we look back, we’re filled with gratitude for the memories made and the promise of many more such celebrations to come.
